Individual Therapy
(60 Minutes)
$180
Standard sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes. My counseling sessions are both collaborative and client-led. I’ll offer questions, reflections, and evidence-based tools when helpful. We’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive, honoring that you are the expert of your own experience.
EMDR Therapy
(60-90 Minutes)
$180-$275
EMDR therapy sessions are offered in 60 to 90-minute appointment times. Many clients choose 90-minute sessions to allow for adequate time for check-in, reprocessing, and grounding at the end of session. Other clients may choose 60-minute sessions depending on their needs and availability. While EMDR is still effective in shorter sessions, clients may find that longer appointments provide more space for deeper processing and regulation at the end of session.
EMDR Intensive*

EMDR Intensives provide focused, in-depth work within a single, longer appointment. These sessions are designed for clients who are ready to engage in more concentrated EMDR processing over the course of 1-2 consecutive days. While the cost is higher upfront, intensives may allow for substantial progress in fewer appointments.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Carelon, and Moda Health for clients who wish to bill insurance. Insurance only covers 60-minute sessions.
For all other insurance companies, I am currently out-of-network (OON). If I don't accept your insurance directly, many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost—often making the cost similar to a typical co-pay.
If you do have out-of-network benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer (see widget below) to make the process simple and stress-free. Thrizer handles claim submission and management on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about submitting superbills.
Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee at the time of service, instead of paying my full rate and waiting for reimbursement.
